Job Description
- Take ownership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the business.
- Prepare detailed financial analysis, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to senior management to support decision-making, including identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead the development and monitoring of KPIs to assess financial performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand key business drivers and incorporate them into financial models and forecasts.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial processes within the shared services environment, enhancing efficiency and control.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is required.
- 10 years of experience in FP&A or a related financial controller role, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Experience working in a shared service environment is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior leadership.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as a sole contributor.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business operations.
