Job Responsibilities

Research and Analysis:

• Conduct research on sustainability and risk management best practices and stay informed about relevant regulations.
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for sustainable and risk management practices.

Strategy Development:

• Assist in the development and implementation of sustainability and risk management strategies aligned with our company's values.
• Collaborate with different teams to integrate sustainability and risk management considerations into our business processes.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Support the preparation of sustainability and risk management reports, ensuring accurate documentation of key performance indicators.
• Maintain records of sustainability and risk management initiatives and achievements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability and risk management awareness.
• Facilitate communication to build positive relationships and enhance our reputation.

Training and Awareness:

• Contribute to the development and delivery of sustainability and risk management training programs for employees.
• Raise awareness of sustainable and risk management practices within the organization.

Project Management:

• Assist in the coordination and execution of sustainability and risk management projects.
• Collaborate with different departments to integrate sustainability and risk management considerations into ongoing projects.

Continuous Improvement:

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability and risk management initiatives.
• Propose solutions for improvement based on feedback and performance evaluations.

Compliance and Regulations:

• Stay informed about relevant ESG regulations and ensure compliance.
• Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address sustainability and risk management-related requirements.

Requirements

• At least 1 year work experience related to sustainability and/or risk management.
• Diploma and above in any field.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD, ISSB) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across different departments.
• Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change.
