  • Handle inbound calls/emails from customers.
  • Ensure the ticket is solved within the time frame.

  • Ad-hoc tasks may be assigned by team leaders from time to time if required.
  • At least SPM, Diploma in Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration/Management equivalents.
  • Able to write and speak in English, Malay & Mandarin
  • Basic computer knowledge is a must.
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
  • Having own transport and willing to travel will be an added advantage.
