We’re now looking to grow our APAC sales team to further drive engagement with our existing high-potential accounts as well as develop new customers. Your work will be pivotal in the retention and growth of our client base.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Account Growth & Strategy: Identify and engage potential users across priority accounts to increase utilization of Capvision offerings. Monitor account performance, maintain dialogue with key client stakeholders, and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth.
  • Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with Account Manager(s). Cultivate a robust pipeline of prospects, driving the end-to-end sales process together.
  • Market Research & Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Leverage this knowledge to position our services effectively and offer valuable insights to clients.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with internal teams to enhance service delivery. Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.

Who You Are:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrable ability to learn quickly and adapt to a growing, fast-paced and multi-cultural working environment
  • Positive, motivated, and goal-oriented; able to succeed both as an individual and as part of a team

Qualifications:

  • Minimum with degree qualifications
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues across Asia
  • A client-first mindset and collaborative approach to problem-solving
  • Proven B2B sales or account management experience is a plus
