Spotware Systems is looking for a Sales Manager, based in Malaysia. The Sales Manager will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts while working remotely for our office. The results-driven individual will oversee all sales activities and achieve sales targets. He/she will be responsible for expanding the clientele list in the Asia region, hiring and managing a team of Business Development Managers, and promoting cTrader products across the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and oversee a team of Business Development Managers
  • Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company objectives
  • Nurture and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with the team to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats

Requirements:

  • Based in Malaysia, with the ability to work remotely
  • Fluency in both English and Malay languages
  • Experience in the Financial Industry: B2B or Fintech Providers
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
