About The Role

Job Responsibilities
- Lead staff to produce manufactured products, and organizes and monitors workflow
- Accomplishes manufacturing results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results
- Assist production manager to trains operators
- Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes
- Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, resolving problems, and reporting of the processing flow on shift production summaries
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing production standards
- Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs and evaluating new equipment and techniques
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all equipment, and resources, and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
- Full-time
- 08:00AM – 18:00PM
- Taman Teknologi Johor, Senai Johor Malaysia
- Willing to work Overtime, long hours, shift and weekend
- Graduate with a technical certificate or diploma in engineering or an industry-related field
- Gain 3-4 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing, production operation and advantage to individual have experience in Sheet Metal industry
- Experience with process knowledge
- People management and leadership skills
- Must possess good communication skills – written & verbal
- Must be able to use Microsoft office software (word, excel, outlook and etc)
- Team player and must be able to work with operators, managers, engineers, etc
