Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Google Workspace, and other relevant software applications.
- Owns device for work and has reliable internet connection.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with the creative process and industry trends.
