Daily Routine
- Follow up on sales leads and arrange follow-up meetings with clients.
- Ensure timely follow-up on quotation confirmations from clients.
- Manage the collection of payments and follow up with clients as needed.
- Manage client annual renewal payments and manage client expectations.
- Assist to develop presentations and proposals for clients, as requested.
- Marketing awareness from client's industry events and maintain company socials branding.
Monthly Basis
- Develop follow-up scripts and provide Business Development support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment from product release planning.
- Research and reporting for sales department, 4S adoption and customer survey.
- Facilitate and engage in key industry events.
Quarterly Basis
- Assist in building strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Engage in key industry events and identify new business partnerships.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
Skills:
- Fluency in Mandarin is required, as 95% of our clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Proficient in using ERP systems to manage quotations and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to assist on professional presentations.
- Have your own transportation.
Work Mode: Hybrid Annual Leave
