Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will lead our expansion efforts by identifying and securing prime locations for our network. You’ll have the chance to negotiate high-stakes deals, forge strategic partnerships, and drive our business forward. Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Research and Evaluation: Conduct thorough market research to find suitable properties, assess trends and competition, and evaluate zoning and infrastructure for potential sites.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver engaging presentations highlighting the benefits of our EV charging solutions, including location advantages and financial viability.
  • Negotiations & Deal Structuring: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, agents, and stakeholders. Lead negotiations on purchase prices, lease terms, and contracts, working with legal and financial teams to secure favorable terms.
  • Site Due Diligence: Coordinate site visits to assess conditions and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and real estate market shifts, providing leadership with strategic insights on opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in sales or business development. Experience in site or property acquisition is considered a plus.
  • Proven track record in developing strategic engagement and communication programs, including building networks and collaborations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
