An established, dynamic F&B group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its vibrant restaurant. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for the food & beverage industry, strong leadership abilities, and a knack for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Your new role
- Oversee all aspects of the operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow from opening to closing.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained, while managing costs and waste reduction.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and oversee revenue growth, ensuring the company meets its financial goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to organise and execute events that drive traffic and enhance the brand's reputation if needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- 3-5 years of experience in an operations management role within the F&B industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a focus on staff development and creating a positive work environment.
- The ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and oversee multiple aspects of operations simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both employees and customers.
- A quick thinker with the ability to handle unexpected issues calmly and efficiently.
