Your new role

  • Oversee all aspects of the operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow from opening to closing.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained, while managing costs and waste reduction.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and oversee revenue growth, ensuring the company meets its financial goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to organise and execute events that drive traffic and enhance the brand's reputation if needed.




What you'll need to succeed

  • 3-5 years of experience in an operations management role within the F&B industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
