Job Description

  1. Responsible for new start-up office and warehouse in terms of the tenancy agreement, local license application, safety & security system, and furniture arrangements.
  2. Perform general administrative duties such as license application, admin documentation, e-filling system and utilities claims processing.
  3. Prepare and propose for new premises/warehouse/workshop. Involves lease/tenancy matters, warehouse decoration, and maintenance of workplace/office arrangements.
  4. Key person to ensure that no late payment of all monthly utilities (e.g. TNB, SYABAS, etc.) and renew all license(s) such as BOMBA, DBKL, MBSA, MBPJ, and any local authorities permit/license where relevant to the workplace (office and warehouse).
  5. Respond appropriately to regulatory requests or concerns without penalty.
  6. Coordinate with internal team-members that is related to warehouse permit registration and distribution matters.
  7. Comply with SOP and all documentation must be updated. Maintaining an effective filing and records system.
  8. Office equipment/system: CCTV, security access door, office photocopier, and other tasks are related to workplace maintenance/housekeeping arrangements, etc. Assist and ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) and stationery are available.
  9. Identify and address problems and opportunities in the general administrative management of the company and to provide solutions to department leaders.
  10. Provide general administrative support and report to Malaysia head office & HQ Management.
  11. Updates a weekly, monthly reports and improvement plan etc.
  12. Perform other job-related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related field or equivalent.
  • Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, and local language/dialect.
  • Result-oriented, Independent, and good initiative.
  • Remuneration packages with allowance.
  • Office location nearby LRT/KTM Station.
