Job Responsibilities:
- Handle cargo documentation & invoices
- Update, monitor and maintain shipment record
- Submit confirmation loading list, discharge list to port and customer
- Monitor vessel arrival and departure and to update the customers and the database
- Handle closing and filing for each job
- Help manage current customer accounts
- Solve customer problems and help resolve issues
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or any related field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong understanding of the shipping and logistics industry
- Full-Time positions available
Competencies/Skills:
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines or resolve billing issue
