Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle cargo documentation & invoices
  • Update, monitor and maintain shipment record
  • Submit confirmation loading list, discharge list to port and customer
  • Monitor vessel arrival and departure and to update the customers and the database
  • Handle closing and filing for each job
  • Help manage current customer accounts
  • Solve customer problems and help resolve issues

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or any related field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Strong understanding of the shipping and logistics industry
  • Full-Time positions available

Competencies/Skills:

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
  • Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines or resolve billing issue
