Currently, we are expanding our presence in Southeast Asia with a focus on providing ESP solutions to the Palm Oil Industry. The company has relationships and had presence in Malaysia pre-Covid.

Job Overview:

As the Sales Manager for Southeast Asia, you will spearhead our ESP sales initiatives in the Palm Oil sector. This role requires a seasoned professional who has demonstrated success in complex sales environments and is adept at nurturing long-term client relationships to maximize revenue growth. The position is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented leader ready to drive our expansion efforts in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate substantial revenue by selling customized machinery solutions to the Palm Oil Industry.

- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Navigate long sales cycles (6-12 months) effectively.

- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.

- Frequent travel across Southeast Asia to engage with clients and stakeholders.

Key Results Areas (KRAs):

- Achieve a minimum revenue target of 4+ million MYR annually.

- Secure and manage key accounts in the Palm Oil Industry with a proven track record of selling high-ticket items (average 300k MYR).

- Foster sustainable business relationships within the industry.

Must-Have Mandatory Selection Criteria:

- Proven experience in capital equipment sales

- Has sales experience and established relationships within the Palm Oil Industry.

- Demonstrated ability to sell customized machinery solutions.

- Familiarity with long sales cycles (6-12 months).

- Willingness and readiness to travel across Southeast Asia.

- Educational Background: B.E/B.Tech in any field with a preference for an MBA in Marketing.
