Job Responsibility

  • Procurement Support:
  • - Assist with procurement processes including requesting quotes, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
  • - Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • - Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement documents.
  • - Maintain and organize physical and electronic files and documents.
  • - Ensure that all business development documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
  • - Prepare and format reports, presentations, proposals and other business documents.
  • - Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • - Provide general office support such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.

Job Requirements

  • - Bachelor Degree, Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or related field preferred.
  • - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • - Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • - Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • -Tech-savvy with experience in utilizing AI tools, including ChatGPT, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • - Familiar with graphic design software, such as Canva, Photoshop, or other similar tools.
  • - Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus.
