Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants and project managers to understand user business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Act as a liaison between internal finance teams and external consultants in coordinating requirements, implementation and customization phases.
  • Provide 1st level support to end-users and assist in escalating issues to 2nd or 3rd level support teams as needed.
  • Manage Business Central 365 accounts, including creation, modification and deactivation.
  • Document processes, configurations, and user guides.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and changes in Business Central and translate them into actionable updates to end users.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT is ideal, but also open to other degrees (Finance, Economics, etc) with sufficient relevant work experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central & Microsoft Dynamics Navision and familiarity with JetReport applications are highly advantageous.
  • Understanding of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or previous versions – NAV, Navision), Microsoft Finance and Operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively support different stakeholder groups.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Strong interest in learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
