Objectives of the position
- Handle all incoming telephone calls and faxes including receiving, directing and relaying of messages
- Managing the front office reception area
- Greets and directs company visitors including vendors, clients and customers - Assist in planning and preparations of meeting rooms, tele-conference calls and video conferences
- Provide administrative assistance to Supervisor in office administrative functions and ensuring completion in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist in monitoring of office supplies - Ensure that timeliness and quality of work assigned meet the agreed deadline
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial or related education background
- Open to 1 year contract (renewable)
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be added advantage
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar South, KL and should be Malaysian citizen.
