Objectives of the position

  • Handle all incoming telephone calls and faxes including receiving, directing and relaying of messages
  • Managing the front office reception area
  • Greets and directs company visitors including vendors, clients and customers - Assist in planning and preparations of meeting rooms, tele-conference calls and video conferences
  • Provide administrative assistance to Supervisor in office administrative functions and ensuring completion in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Assist in monitoring of office supplies - Ensure that timeliness and quality of work assigned meet the agreed deadline

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial or related education background
  • Open to 1 year contract (renewable)
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be added advantage
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bangsar South, KL and should be Malaysian citizen.
