Apply now for the position of Regional Application Specialist MRI (CS SO APJ/CHN), and you will be responsible to deliver high-quality customer application education and advanced support, increase new immersive education service revenue in ASEAN zone.

Your role:

  • You are responsible for the delivery of Application Services (Training and Support) in pre-sales, implementation, and after-sales for MRI product.
  • You will be responsible as a team lead for managing ASEAN MRI community and profitable revenue increase in education services.
  • Competence and qualification management of respective modality team, including developing, planning, and monitoring of continuous internal education. Work closely with the local application specialist in the countries, e.g
    • Enable, support and coach and guide them
    • Identify and recommend training and development measures
    • Establish and maintain a community
    • Secure information flow and best practice exchange
    • Organize & lead technical knowledge exchange & improvement meeting within ASEAN level
  • You will be responsible to ensure AP Education Services Business Strategy Plan incl. goals, roadmap, agenda, business plan. Communicate and implement in the organization.
  • You will be responsible to participate in contents development and training material updates by HQ. Communicate changes and mentor shared resource trainers located in countries of ASEAN region to ensure education delivered is globally consistent.
  • You will be responsible to support development of Education Services portfolio together with RBM and BLs for the market needs.
  • You will be responsible to drive operational Excellence and high customer satisfaction, Manage Education delivery operations, i.e. scheduling in close cooperation with dispatching and reporting.
  • You are responsible to provide customer onsite support and workshop and webinar and remote support to ensure maximum instrument uptime and customer satisfaction.
Your expertise:

  • You have at least 5 years of working experience in MRI field.
  • You have experience in leading a team; ability to lead, inspire and manage a team of individual contributors and professionals.
  • You have experience in assessing clinical image quality and understanding of the optimization parameters for customer workflow.
  • You have experience in giving trainings or working as an Application Specialist.
  • You have excellent clinical understanding on MRI product.
  • You possess good communication and customer interaction skills
  • You understand the diversity in different cultures and leverage on the strengths of diversity. Passion to work with people and committed to deliver best services to customers across the Asia Pacific region.
