They are currently looking for multiple positions of Accouts Receivable Analyst / Cash App & Cash Management Analyst / Order To Cash OTC Analyst
This role is responsible for Order-to-Cash / Accounts Receivable operation activities such as daily sales reconciliation, sales receipt journal, bank transaction journal, bank reconciliation, etc. with regional exposure
Responsibilities
- Mainly responsible for Order-to-Cash operation activities such as daily sales reconciliation, sales receipt journal, bank transaction journal, bank reconciliation, Cash Application, Cash Management etc.
- Perform timely and accurate Cash application of daily receipts and reconcile cash balance to general ledger account on a daily basis
- Take charge of Bank Reconciliation & Aging Management
- To check daily sales files to identify any missing sales from the stores and to follow thru with the related party until resolution.
- Cash Management Activities (Bank Suspense Clearing, SAP Master Data maintenance, Closing, Reconciliation and Aging Management)
- To propose a journal posting with supporting to resolve the bank recon's open items.
- To prepare bank reconciliations, including following up with the related party to resolve the open items.
- Apply incoming cash to outstanding invoices
- Minimum 2 years of relevant Accounts Receivable or OTC or Cash management knowledge
- Able to self-motivate and work independently in a fast paced MNC environment.
- Minimum requirement Diploma / Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or any equivalent
- SAP knowledge will be great but not required (open to teach)
- Accountant candidate with Accounts Receivable or Order to Cash Knowledge will be great
- Shared Services Background / International MNC with regional exposure is advantageous
- Ability to communicate well with excellent client management skills
