Key Responsibilities
- Assess and audit suppliers together with the business and supply chain team.
- To manage exceptional issues escalated by the business and supply chain team.
- Review and update supplier performance KPI with the business and supply chain team.
- Monitor and update storage compliance law and policy for stakeholders.
- Follow up with suppliers to develop supporting solutions as business needs.
- Coordinate with various teams to develop saving projects.
- Follow up with suppliers to develop shipment solutions to minimize total costs jointly with the business and supply chain.
- Monitor and update shipment compliance law and policy to stakeholders.
Qualifications/ Experience/ Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree, preference for Logistics/Supply Chain
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- 5 + years of buying experience dealing with diversified logistics suppliers and tools.
- Strong record of leading logistics projects to effective solutions, including understanding the supplier base, evaluating options, deciding a course of action, and
- implementations.
- High level of computer literacy, including MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
- Supply chain or logistics experience is required.
- Motivated with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive
- Ability to work under pressure and tight schedules.
- Professional attitude and Adaptable / Flexible approach to work
- Strong multi-tasking and data analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate and lead meetings.
