Executive / Senior Executive
The incumbent is to be part of the Kuala Lumpur Shared Service Centre (KLSSC) Broking Operations team that is responsible for processing tasks and supporting the business stakeholders for back-end broking functions.

Delivery Management
- To ensure timely delivery based on the agreed standard and productivity to meet SLA and Metrics on Accuracy, Productivity and TAT per agreed standards with internal/external stakeholders to ensure the smooth and efficient deliveries.
- Ensure seamless and timely delivery of tasks assigned based on agreed standards, accuracy, and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures as per organization's standards and SOPs
- Where needed, to interact, with stakeholders to ensure proper execution of tasks.
- Provide support to Team Leader/ Team Manager on work Allocation of tasks; follow\v-up till completion including capturing of transactional data accurately.
- Adhere to audit sampling guidelines / SOX
- Ensure adherence to policies & procedures as per organization's standards and laid out SOPs
- Providing recommendations and highlight areas of improvement tied to analysis and
- assessment of credit process related risks
- Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (includes report preparation).
- Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships.
- Adheres to Company policies and performance standards.
- Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Relevant working experience in an insurance industry/ Shared Service Center or Policy Processing/ Servicing
- High Proficiency in using MS Office Application.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good at written & oral Cantonese & English
- At least 1 years of similar working exposure for admin & official document preparation.
- Possess drive to meet assigned KPI.
- Detail-oriented to comprehend and summarize appropriate information.
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
- Excellent coordination skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholder
- Fresh graduate is acceptable.
