Perform and manage Legal Post Merger Integration (“PMI”) activities for integrations of medium/high complexity types aligned to Accenture’s acquisition/integration strategy.
Perform and manage Sales, Mobilization and Remediation activities for complex, strategic and high focus Client projects.
Work with internal and Client/acquired integration leadership to understand legal, commercial and contractual needs and priorities, strategy, objectives, and opportunities.
Act as a positive change agent in support of the acquired entities’ transition into Accenture.
Agile managers are business and client facing and have a key role in building trusted relationships with external and internal counterparts.
Minimum 4 yrs. relevant experience in similar industry and/or role.
Relevant experience to contract management domain with exposure to complex deals with proven ability of functioning in a team. Experience in PMI of acquisition, preferred.
Able to collaborate and communicate effectively with client, business executives at all levels of the organization and be capable of influencing key integration, commercial, and contracting decisions.
Display understanding of regulatory environment, and potential delivery risks, to be able to communicate effectively with project managing directors and provide efficient advice.
Display competent understanding of service offerings and ensure compliance with applicable company policies and procedures.

Education And Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
Membership: Member of World Commerce and Contracting (previously International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM)) or National Contract Management Association (NCMA) and/ or professional certification considered a plus.
