Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Room Reservations Agent at MyKey Global in Kuala Lumpur. The Room Reservations Agent will be responsible for handling reservations, providing exceptional customer service, managing phone calls, and performing receptionist duties on a daily basis.

- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Experience in Reservations and Customer Service
- Ability to handle Receptionist Duties
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of property management or hospitality industry is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
