- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the guest experience, from check-in to checkout
- Supervise room attendants, butlers, concierges, etc. to ensure that they provide guests with exceptional service at all times.
- Overseeing the cleanliness of the hotel’s public areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and stairwells, to ensure they meet the standards of the hotel’s brand
- Ensuring all guests are greeted warmly during check-in until check-out.
- Working together with the housekeeping department to ensure that housekeepers are properly trained on how to clean different types of rooms and equipment correctly.
- Supervising the cleaning staff to ensure that they perform their duties effectively and efficiently
- Reviewing the condition of guest rooms after each cleaning and providing feedback to housekeeping supervisors about any issues that need to be addressed
- Reviewing guest reviews to identify opportunities for improvement in the guest experience

Pay: From RM10,000.00 per month
