Job Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the centre.
- Answering and screening incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
- Provide detailed and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Update calendars and schedules related task.
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties.
- Education SPM/ STPM / Diploma / Certificate /Â Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelorâs degree Administration or related field.
- Experience 1- 2 years related working experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel is a must
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge in English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken are a must.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken will be an added advantage.
