Job Description

• Handle full sets of accounts (Including GL, AR, AP).
• Assist in preparation of monthly reports, monthly forecast and annual budgets correlated to a project.
• Manage and handle all aspects in relation to banking matters.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements against the GL and reconciliation of any assigned clearing accounts.
• Assist the Finance team in the overall management of the transaction activities.
• Prepare Accounts payable monthly payment.
• Perform Accounts Receivable collection function.
• Verify staff claims and suppliers’ invoices.
• Able to handle account book keeping and maintain proper filling of accounting documents for record keeping.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance is preferred or equivalent.
• Have knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office and accounting system (MYOB, ERP, SAP, etc.)
• Good self-discipline, driven, motivated and able to work in independently with minimal supervision.
• Candidate must be willing to work at Shah Alam, Selangor.
