Job Description
- Handle full sets of accounts (Including GL, AR, AP).
- Assist in preparation of monthly reports, monthly forecast and annual budgets correlated to a project.
- Manage and handle all aspects in relation to banking matters.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements against the GL and reconciliation of any assigned clearing accounts.
- Assist the Finance team in the overall management of the transaction activities.
- Prepare Accounts payable monthly payment.
- Perform Accounts Receivable collection function.
- Verify staff claims and suppliers’ invoices.
- Able to handle account book keeping and maintain proper filling of accounting documents for record keeping.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance is preferred or equivalent.
- Have knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office and accounting system (MYOB, ERP, SAP, etc.)
- Good self-discipline, driven, motivated and able to work in independently with minimal supervision.
- Candidate must be willing to work at Shah Alam, Selangor.
