Our client is an aerospace MRO industry. At present, they are in search of a Customer Support professional to join the team.
Job Description
- Serve as the key account manager for assigned customers
- Manage customer accounts
- Provide reliable information to customers
- Monitor Turn Around Time (TAT) and On Time Delivery (OTD) as per customer contracts
- Escalate critical issues to management in emergencies
- Maintain and send customer visit reports on time
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate relevant information to address inquiries and complaints
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resource
- Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Possess knowledge in set management, including scrap replacement and gap management
- Send weekly reports and inspection reports to customers
- Assist with logistics and forwarding issues for parts
- Prepare management reports
- Identify opportunities to improve processing, monitoring, and controlling efficiency
- Support the development and maintenance of customer service procedures
- Back up the Section Manager - Customer Support in their absence
- Comply with and support Environmental Health & Safety policies, company rules, and regulations at all times
- Perform any other tasks as assigned
- Minimum degree in Business Studies or a related field
- Min 3 years of experience in aviation/heavy machinery/B2B manufacturing/trading industry
- Dynamic, self-motivated, with strong planning skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management abilities
- Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Systematic, organized, and a good team player
- Able to work independently with a high level of confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu
