Human Resources Intern

Job Summary:

The Human Resource Intern will provide administrative support to the HR department and gain valuable experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in HR and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding activities, including preparing orientation materials and coordinating new hire orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Support performance management processes by assisting in collecting and tracking performance review documentation.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, organizing files, and handling correspondence.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
