- Contribute to the development of new processes and procedures to improve customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
