- Develop and align target-processes for Supply Chain Process-KPIs/metrics, WIP Integration & Data Quality, KPI-monitoring and System Integration.
- Support process owner to drive process governance and improvements projects. Engage cross-functional business partners to communicate target process and roadmaps to ensure targets are met.
- Responsible for Process and Tools optimization, and provide active support for company-wide projects to focus towards standardization and bring optimal business benefits. Leading competence team with group of experts to define on strategy, processes, roadmap and guiding principles.
- Be the subject-matter expert to support ongoing projects to implement advanced planning solutions and tool.
- Provide support in data analytics and data visualization through adopting automation and digitalization techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department to implement continuous improvements in Supply Chain, align initiatives and drive end-to-end process integration. Continuously improve, centralize and link process-documentation and involve in knowledge-sharing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Supply Chain/ Engineering / IT related disciplines with 5-7 years of experiences in Manufacturing environment, ideally in Semiconductor industry
- Meticulous and demonstrate strong analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to allow effective communication with stakeholders at all level
- Extensive knowledge in Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Controls and Manufacturing processes
- Experience in Project Management will be added advantage
- Implementation experience on SAP and MES would be an added advantage
