Job Description
Our client primarily centers its activities on communication, customer experience, commerce, and technology. They are looking for a Senior RTR Thai speaking talent.
Job Responsibilities
- Guaranteeing the precision and promptness of general ledger entries, fixed assets transactions, banking activities, financial and managerial report generation, balance sheet reconciliation, and compliance with local statutory and tax regulations (both direct and indirect) according to company policies, local accounting standards, and legal obligations.
- Establishing close collaboration with company Operating Units (OpCo) Finance to remain informed about ongoing operations and ensure their accurate reflection in financial statements.
- Working alongside OpCo to resolve aged balance sheet items effectively.
- Continuously monitoring and addressing outstanding issues, promptly escalating matters to relevant stakeholders when necessary.
- Facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Upholding service level agreements (SLA) and meeting monthly performance and productivity KPIs.
- Taking responsibility for all relevant internal controls related to Record to Report (RTR) processes.
- Actively engaging with team leads/managers to identify, suggest, and implement opportunities for ongoing process improvement.
- Participating in continuous process improvement initiatives and projects.
- Contributing to ad hoc activities or projects as needed.
- Degree in Finance & Accounting or a related field with a relevant mix of qualifications and experience.
- Experience in a shared service center environment will be an advantage
- Experience in using ERP systems
- Proficient in Thai Language
