  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

What you will do


  • Be a team-focused leader, responsible for facilitating daily scrums, sprint planning, demos, reviews, and retrospective meetings
  • Resolve conflicts and focus on the scrum values of openness, honesty, and respect
  • Ensure quality procedures are applied, documentation is created according to quality standards, and deliverables meet the proper quality standards and Definition of Done(DoD)
  • Forecast the number of deliverables possible in an iteration based on reliable information and evidence
  • Support and facilitate team rules and progress toward team goals
  • Promote SAFe quality practices: quality of deliverables and meeting Definition of Done builds a high-performing team; responsible for ensuring the correct use of scrum processes
  • Protect the team from distractions and interferences and communicate with management and stakeholders
  • Coordinate well with other teams (e.g. scrum of scrums, agile coach chapter, etc.)


Your profile


  • You possess at least a bachelor's or master's degree in computer sciences, engineering, or equivalent
  • Ideally 2 – 3 years of experience as a scrum master within software development (preferably agile methodology; i.e. SAFe)
  • Experienced in scrum management or equivalent agile methodologies and techniques
  • Good coaching and mentoring skills to coach the team on how to follow agile scrum
  • Strong knowledge and experience in agile methodology and frameworks like scrum, kanban, etc.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English are essential
  • Experience in people management

  • Experience working in ISO- and CMMi-regulated environments
  • Familiarity with CAD software and medical software quality procedures
  • Certified scrum master
