Job Responsibility
- To attend to sales inquiries, including call/emails and walk-in customers by providing relevant information about the company's product.
- To achieve and maximize sales for all sales launches of the companyâs projects and services based on planned sales strategies.
- To advise on a bank loan or end financing procedures.
- To liaise with the Purchaser on the execution of the SPA and other relevant documents.
- To assist other sales staff as and when required.
- Contribute to the marketing & planning of the companyâs launches by actively participating in group discussions, and provide constructive and creative ideas and continual feedback on current strategies.
- Organize and participate in weekend duty at Sales Gallery as well as on the location of projects, property launches, or exhibition.
- Conduct the market survey on competitors and improve market intelligence.
- To carry out any other duties as directed by management.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Possess own transport and willing to work on weekends.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
