Brew Crew OpportunityOur Global Brew Crew is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager, responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility, drive consumer engagement, and increase market share within the industry.
This role involves managing all aspects of brand communication, overseeing promotional activities, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. This person will be reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:Own and drive the end-to-end process of turning integrated marketing campaign plans into excellent execution through solid insights and understanding of the market and consumers.Conceptualize, develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives that amplify CBTL’s brand.Utilize market insights and consumer data to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.Drive brand marketing activities to achieve sales targets and profitability targets.Evaluate brand performance by assessing the results and impact of brand strategies and campaigns, including metrics like awareness, loyalty, satisfaction, and sales.Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to amplify brand reach.Lead strong execution of best-practice go-to-market strategies with robust, consistent, and timely processes and communication to the field.
Your IngredientsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.5+ years of brand management or innovation experience, with proven success working in a fast-paced environment preferably within F&B/Retail/FMCG industry.Right balance of demonstrating consistent brand passion with objective, fact-based decision makingAbility to manage multiple projects at any given time, and highly adaptable to rapid change and turnaround solutions and timeProficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms for performance tracking and optimization.Strong learning ability and creative thinking.Strong verbal and presentation capabilities
