Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Account Executive at CLEF Beauty in WP, Kuala Lumpur. As an Accounting Executive, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all financial reporting, and supporting the broader finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferable candidate with minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
