JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 4 years relevant experience as a Senior HR Executive.
- Familiarity of HR systems and databases.
- Strong knowledge of Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law and other related legislation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Chinese preferable but not required.
- Able to work independently and teamwork oriented management.
- Able to work in a matrix organizational setting.
- Strong acumen on HR analytics and attention to details.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assisting, manages and oversee full spectrum of HR administration functions which includes recruitment, new staff onboarding, learning and development, HR administration, employee engagement activities, performance management, disciplinary and termination procedures.
- Responsible to monitor employee leave and employee attendance, probationary review and conduction job appraisal for employment confirmation.
- Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
- Developing, enforcing and ensuring policy awareness.
- Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies on HR statutory requirements and ensuring full compliance to statutory requirements.
- Liaises with Head of Departments / Managers on general HR related matter, including employee grievances and counselling.
- Ensure all compensation and benefit changes are in accordance with the approval processes as per the Company Policy
- Ensure on accurate and timely monthly HR reports to the Management.
SCHEDULE & WORKING HOUR:
- Monday - Friday: 8.30am-5.45pm
