1. Manage daily A/C Receivable & A/C Payable, including invoices, payment processing & inter co. billings.

2. Bank in daily collection received from customers.

3. Download bank statement to check payment received from customers to ensure all the receipts issue accordingly.

4. Update daily payments & receipts in Cash Book System.

5. Reconcile bank statement.

6. Perform daily filing & ensure documents are properly filed.

7. Journal entries.

8. Verify & process monthly petty cash & staff claims.

9. Assist month end A/C closing activities.

1. Diploma or Degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.

2. Preferable with 1 year of relevant working experience.

3. Fresh graduate without working experience are encouraged to apply.

4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

5. Able to speak in English, Malay & mandarin.
