Working days & time: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To identify new sales opportunities by engaging new prospects and existing clients.
  2. To liaise with prospects and clients in order to ensure all information are gathered prior to tender submission.
  3. To manage all the tenders and contracts where the company is participating, negotiating and entering.
  4. Collect, study, understand and analyze tender documents for tendering activities.
  5. Attend to customer queries (RFI/ RFP/ RFQ/ BOQ/SOR) and provide a competitive quotation/ proposal.
  6. Negotiate with vendors, contractors and consultants to determine the price, technical specifications, contract terms and conditions.
  7. Maintain and update tender tracker as well as present information such as the status of submission to the management for review.
  8. Other responsibilities that the Supervisor will request from time to time.
