Role Mission

The Marketing Executive will drive brand awareness and engagement through innovative marketing strategies and campaigns. This role is pivotal in identifying market trends, analyzing customer insights, and leveraging digital platforms to enhance the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, advertising, product design and product development team members to planning promotional marketing campaigns.
  • Manage end-to-end process of brand responsibility including budget management, strategy planning, content planning and execution.
  • Oversee the marketing messaging and creative direction with creative agency / designer or in-house designer, and placement of ads, as well as photo and video shoots.
  • Assisting with the design, negotiation and placement of billboards, traditional media ads on TV and radio, social media ads and email blasts.
  • To manage and participate in overall event activities (roadshows, exhibitions, etc).
  • The ability to work well under pressure in order to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor all marketing activities and generate marketing campaign reports. Researching previous successful campaigns to understand what worked, what did not and what can be improved.
  • Reviewing the progress and success of a campaign, making adjustments or pitching ideas for new campaigns as necessary.

Requirements :

  • Minimum Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or any related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience in marketing/branding and communications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of deadlines and adaptability in a fast paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative branding strategies.
  • Possess good planning, organizing, coordinating, presentation and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Negotiation, leadership, problem solving and good listening skills.
  • Willing to travel.
