Role Description


  • Responsible for execution of activity plan for their Brand and Platform (Brand Store, Campaign Page, Product Page)

  • Responsible of the maintenance of content on the product pages

  • Co-ordinates all Merchandising, Pricing and Product Info with Cataloger team

  • Deploy & manage the client’s online portfolio pricing & promotions on an ongoing basis

  • Implementation of product and promotional content from the clients’ asset libraries

  • Tracks performance in real time in Seller Centre and makes daily recommendations on improvements to the plan

  • Co-ordinates changes on product titles, descriptions, attributes to ensure that all products are SEM & SEO optimized on platform with support of the Merchandizer

  • Flags any potential ATP issues on Hero SKUs

  • Maintains Live Feed


  • Role Qualification


  • Preferably with total of 4-5 years of work experience (eComm/ eContent operations experience/marketplaces)

  • Preferably with 2-3 years of experience in digital sales or offline sales or marketing

  • Experience in setting up PDP’s, promos and campaigns.

  • Well versed with best practices of platform operations

  • Well versed with PIM & DAM applications and product attribute requirements

  • Experience in managing pricing, promotions or similar trade/marketing activities for consumer facing firms (offline or online) and/or experience on projects with similar roles

  • Ability to understand & build Retailer Channel mapping in PIM (Product Information Management System)/Syndicator similar skill to VBA/formulas

  • Understanding of Web/Marketplace analytics data and performance tracking

  • Proficient in reading, writing and speaking Thai and English
