About the opportunity

This current opportunity is at international company, you need to be comfortable to work in international environment.

The work requires a great deal of independence as management, some senior employees are located outside Malaysia.

There will be 2-3 month of probation period (depending on your background)

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid (the presence at the office required only ) role for a Lead Generator at Maven International. The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through various channels, generating leads, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in lead generation & sales (minimum 6 months)
  • Experience in cold calling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Experience with cold email outreach software & lead generation & lead prospecting tools
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding set targets
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the language services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Professional English & fluency in spoken Malay
  • Malaysian citizenship, PR or valid work permit in Malaysia

Working hours: Monday-Friday (9 am – 6 pm) except public holidays.

The employee is entitled to 14 days of annual sick leave & 10 days of annual leave.
