Overview:

Welcome to LETA, where we Learn, Elevate, Transform, and Accelerate. We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO cum HRDF Certified Trainer. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of social media management is an added bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing schedules and correspondence.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Prepare and maintain training materials and documentation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for trainees, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for training activities.
  • Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
  • Provide on-site support during training sessions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Experience in an executive assistant or administrative role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluent Mandarin and English verbal and written communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of social media management to assist with digital content and engagement.
