Job Descriptions:
Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and or business solution.
Research, gather and synthesize information.
Perform Gap analysis and provide options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.
Has sufficient knowledge on Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR to make adequate design decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices.
Understands the importance and is able to design Oracle solutions integrated in the IT application landscape.
Defines test cases and perform testing to confirm that solution performs as per the business requirements.
Coordinates releases and post Go-Live materials (e.g. training documentation, training sessions).
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, etc.).
Holds relevant Oracle Certifications.
Has knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
Has 3 years of experience in delivering Oracle implementation projects.
Good communication skills (written and oral).
