We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic IT Business Analyst to energize our IT department and business units, creating a seamless synergy that propels our organization forward. In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the heart of innovation, transforming business processes, and ensuring that our IT services and solutions are perfectly aligned with our dynamic business needs.
What you'll do:
- Bridge the Gap: Act as the crucial link between IT and business units, translating needs into actionable solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Optimize and Innovate: Dive into business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization, driving operational excellence across the board.
- Lead IT Service Delivery: Manage and elevate IT service delivery to ensure it exceeds expectations and consistently supports our business objectives.
- Build Strategic Partnerships: Foster and strengthen relationships across the organization, ensuring collaboration and alignment between IT and business goals.
What you look like:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate discipline (preferably Computer Sciences, MIS or Information System) with at least 3 years' as a Business Analyst, Business consulting and/ or Project Management and Delivery. CPG Industry is a plus but not a must
- SAP hands on experience is a must (SAP ECC6 / SAP S4 HANA)
- Requires experience/ in-depth knowledge of business operations and IT processes, in a manufacturing context.
- Self-motivated, highly visible and an engaging point of contact, who enjoys working with people
- Ability to Communicate and inspire confidence with technical and non-technical audiences
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including technical documentation skills
- Project Management experience managing multiple project streams of various complexity
- Has the experience and cultural awareness required to work effectively with a regional and global team
