You will be part of the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure that all manpower requests are filled in a timely manner by taking charge of the end-to-end recruitment cycle and through the provision of high-quality sourcing and recommendation of candidates.

Responsibilities:-

  • Manage full spectrum of talent acquisition / recruitment process from requisition management, candidate sourcing, selection process, offer management and other pre-hiring activities.
  • Responsible for candidate experience, championing organization’s purpose and culture in all aspects of the recruitment process, from understanding job descriptions, interview as well as managing the candidate experience leading to measurable improvement in the attraction, selection and engagement of potential and diverse candidates.
  • Implement and execute talent-sourcing strategies to support and build out pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
  • Nurturing close working relationships with hiring managers through the vacancy lifecycle
  • Deliver market data decisions and communication to hiring managers when appropriate.

Requirements:-

  • Degree/Diploma in any relevant field.
  • Min of 2 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
  • Experience working for recruitment agency environment will be added advantage.
  • Service mindset with good interpersonal and communications skills
