Role Summary:

Synechron is seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with a strong background in Moody's and Informatica technologies to join our dynamic team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will lead the charge in providing high-caliber technical consultancy services, guiding our prestigious clientele through the intricacies of Informatica solutions and Moody's Knowledge software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build rapport with clients to extract critical business requirements, delivering tailored advice on the adoption and maximization of Informatica and Moody's Knowledge solutions.
• Solution Design: Forge and execute comprehensive technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Implementation Leadership: Spearhead the successful deployment of Informatica and Moody's Knowledge systems, ensuring seamless integration and function.
• Data Integration Expertise: Craft and execute robust ETL workflows, utilizing tools such as Informatica PowerCenter to facilitate effective data management.
• Data Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce data quality protocols, guaranteeing precision, uniformity, and regulatory adherence through tools like Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Performance Optimization: Diagnose and rectify performance issues, fine-tuning processes and workflows to ensure peak system performance.
• Testing and Troubleshooting: Lead thorough testing phases and resolve any technical challenges, ensuring solutions meet client needs.
• Documentation and Instruction: Produce detailed technical documentation and provide client training to ensure smooth handover and comprehension of systems.
• Continuous Learning: Remain abreast of industry trends and product updates, applying new insights to enhance client solutions.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable expertise as a Technical Consultant with a focus on Informatica, PL/SQL, Unix, Control M, and Moody's.
• In-depth knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), and related products.
• Experience with Moody's Knowledge software and platforms such as Moody's Analytics Risk Foundation, Risk Authority.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Unix, and data modelling techniques.
• Solid foundation in data integration, ETL, Control M, and data warehousing principles.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Superior communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to excel both independently and within a team in a dynamic work environment.
• Availability to travel to client locations as needed.

Mandatory Skills: PL/SQL, Unix, Control M, Moody's.
