Manufacturing Engineer (Senior)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the scaling of our production from prototype to mass manufacturing.
• Simplify and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of components.
• Build and manage partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers to support large-scale production.
• Oversee the development of manufacturing tools, fixtures, and production lines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production output.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, with a focus on scaling production.
• Proven experience in high-volume manufacturing, ideally in consumer products or similar fields.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and supply chain management.
• Ability to simplify complex manufacturing processes and optimize production lines.
• A strong network of contacts within the manufacturing industry.
• Experience working with suppliers and contract manufacturers, especially in the APAC region.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
