Overview

We are looking for a business development/corporate sales development position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This role will be primarily responsible for lead generation and regular marketing activities, involve administrative duties, and assist the sales team in achieving the target.

Responsibilities

  1. Leads generations, tracking leads status, and recording leads data in CRM.
  2. Conduct daily email outreach activities to make sure the target is reached on a continuous basis.
  3. Build up a pipeline of B2B customers via appointment setting and maintain the interest of a pipeline of B2B customers.
  4. Ability to build an early-stage sales pipeline and develop prospect accounts.
  5. Ability to call into prospect accounts and build relationships to get Adaptive Planning introduced.
  6. Follow up with warm leads and track potential opportunities.
  7. Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of a cloud-based planning tool
  8. Perform inbound lead qualify check and follow-up.
  9. Research accounts, identify decision makers and generate interest
  10. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, and building rapport;
  11. Work closely with the marketing team on demand generation for marketing activities and events such as monthly campaigns.
  12. Work closely with the Sales manager on GTM strategy and pipeline generation.

Qualifications

  1. At least a Diploma or equivalent sales support experience
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development within Finance/IT B2B SaaS Solutions.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese, and Cantonese.
  4. Proven experience handling the Greater China Market.
  5. Proven experience in mass outbound strategies and lead generation.
  6. Demonstrated creativity in account research and engagement tactics.
