  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We now need to hire a capable Finance Executive - someone who graduated recently, or has 1-2 years of professional experience with a keen interest in growing with a new business and business model across Malaysia and the UK

We see huge potential for this model to scale and create opportuntity for career advancement.

This role will report into our UK Finance Manager and be supported on the ground by our Director in KL. Role can be hybrid with some WFH and some office (Bangsar/Damansara Heights)

In this opportunity, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure AP bills are posted onto the system in an accurate and timely manner
  • Support the UK team with weekly and daily payment run processes and related tasks
  • Ownership of media contracts AR invoicing, updating related worksheets and setting up repeating billing schedules
  • Support the UK team with PFP AR invoicing and related processes
  • Ownership of bank reconciliation related processes, including credit card transactions reconciliations
  • Complete weekly supplier AP reconciliations and investigations into any discrepancies
  • Review, update and finalise partially automated cost of sales AP bills
  • Support the UK team with credit control processes
  • Weekly aged AP and AR review

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree in Accounting and Finance and/or progress toward an accounting qualification is a plus - from keen graduates to someone with 1-2 years experience.
  • Flexibility to set working hours closer to UK time zone is desirable (not a requirement, but the more there can be an overlap with UK business hours the more this role can directly learn from and develop.
  • Confidence to work and thrive in an English speaking environment.
  • Proficient to advanced Excel skills
  • Exceptional numerical and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent problem solving abilities, highly adaptable and enjoys working in a fast paced, high growth environment

Pay: RM3,000 - RM6,000 per month
