- Reply to customer messages through online platforms.
- Provide customers with a good level of service to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Handle and address customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Answer customers' inquiries about company's product details and resolve customer's concerns promptly.
- Update required data in database system.
- Support general operational tasks.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
- SPM with work experience will be considered.
- Good in English command.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
- Proficient in computer operation.
- Good computer skills such as MS Office is an added advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility with your work, positive working attitude and a strong team player.
- Being attentive, proactive and willing to learn
- Working alternate Saturday
