About the role

As the Graphic Designer, you will be part of a fast-growing team working on global and local accounts, working with the CMO, Creative, Content, UI/UX, Lifecycle Marketing and Performance Marketing teams.

You are the ‘ever curious creative explorer’ designing and creating unique, user-centric, innovative and inspiring creative designs. You have the knowledge and thirst to investigate, innovate and develop outstanding creative ideas and design solutions with an emphasis on digital media.

You work to a brief and your designs show an understanding and relevance to the target audience. You ensure the best creative and design solutions can be achieved within budget, timeframes and requirements.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute all creative projects from concept to completion, strategizing creative that deliver results which includes digital content design (web, app, ads, social media, email...), offline communication materials and advertising layouts, infographic design, branding and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other teams including marketing, content, copywriting, UIUX, SEO, to achieve the desire results.
  • Conduct thorough design research based on audience personas, content narratives, campaign objectives and competitive landscape and present findings clearly.
  • Ensure performance data and campaign insights are understood and creative adaptations are implemented to refine and optimise designs.
  • Work and communicate directly with client where required.

To be successful, you will have:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in visual designing and solutioning with knowledge in digital marketing and content.
  • Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite products including Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute brilliantly on complex projects.
  • Good organizational skills, operate to the highest level of quality, efficiency, client service and professionalism
  • Solid understanding of how strategy, creativity (content, design and copy) and digital media can help deliver first class results for customers, being both internal and external stakeholders.
